For paid services:

• Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

AI Coaching Disclaimer

Our AI coaching feature is designed to provide general guidance and support based on your assessment results. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

Impactean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
